China tightens COVID-19 restrictions near Beijing

Two major cities in the Chinese province of Hebei have been closed off in response to its most serious outbreak of coronavirus in months.
The lockdown is part of a series of aggressive measures in the northern region, including a mass-testing programme.
China also hopes to vaccinate 50 million people by mid-February.
